Q1: Do you have a provisional Motorcycle entitlement on your licence?

Yes | No | I have a full bike licence | I don't know! have I failed already?

There are different courses available to you depending on your age...

Q2: How old are you?

16 | 17-20 | 21 or over

21 or over - If you are over 21 you have three main choices.

Option 1 : Take you CBT, and ride upto a 125cc with 'L' Plates. (other Learner restrictions also apply)

Option 2 : Book on an A2 course, take your test and have the ability to carry passengers, ride on Motorways and most importantly, get rid of the L-plates! The A2 licence does have a 33bhp power restriction for the first 2 years, but this limit is automatically lifeted, you do not need to resit a test.

Option 3 : Book on a Direct Access Scheme (DAS) course, take your test and have the ability to carry passengers, ride on Motorways and most importantly, get rid of the L-plates! The DAS licence enables you to gout and buy absolutely any bike you want (Although we would recommend against aiming too high for your first big bike until you have gained some experience)

Which ever route you decide to take, the CBT is the first stage of any training course. If you are looking to take your test this will allow us to assess how much further training you are going to need.

Before taking the CBT, we recommend the Free Introduction lesson, this will enable us to teach you the basics of bike control that will make getting through the CBT much easier

Q3: What would you like to do next?

Option 1 : Ride on 'L' Plates
Option 2 : Take the A2 (restricted) tests
Option 3 : Take the DAS (unrestricted) tests
